Day 3 - Bryce to Zion National Park

Today was another great day in southern Utah! I got up about 5:25am to photograph the sunrise in Bryce Canyon National Park this morning while my young traveling partner SLEPT IN! It was okay. All those naps in the truck yesterday must have worn him out. Here's what he missed.

Don't forget that you can click on any photo to see it larger and then click on it again to see the whole gallery of photos.

And of course, I try to always stop and enjoy the flowers.

When I finally got Aaron out of bed - and got a few photographs downloaded and processed - we hit the road for Zion National Park and St. George, Utah.

We pretty much just did a drive through at Zion, knowing that we would be back over the next few days to explore the details.  But of course, you need a photo so here is one of Aaron...awake.

After our quick look at Zion, we headed to St. George to meet up with my friend, Chuck.  Chuck lives north of Salt Lake City but has a place in St. George which he has graciously offered us as our base camp for the next few days.   More to come....
